Credentials
Certified on Both Sides of the Work
The healthcare side is led by a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM) with more than 20 years in medical coding, clinical documentation, and practice management.
Those are two different qualifications doing two different jobs. The coding credential is why claims go out clean. The practice management credential is why the advice does not stop at the claim, and why the same eye that reviews a chart can look at how a practice is run. Every code we submit is reviewed by a certified coder. That is what we mean by powered by AI, verified by certified coders.
